Send an envelope from a template: Quick Send vs Customize
Choose Quick Send when only signers change, or Customize when you need to edit the full wizard.

After you build a template, Use Template offers two paths. Quick Send is for repeat sends with new signers only. Customize Before Sending opens the full wizard when something about this envelope must change.
Open Use Template
From the Templates list or template detail page, click Use Template. A dialog asks how you want to proceed.
Choose how you want to send this template.

Enter an envelope title and folder. For each role defined on the template, provide signer name and email. Submit to send immediately. WoltSign creates the envelope and opens detail with sign links, same as a manual send.
Customize Before Sending
Customize navigates to Create Envelope with the template prefilled. The URL includes your template id as a query parameter. Walk through Details, Roles, Fields, and Review. Change PDFs, add CC, or move fields before you send.
