How it works

Set up a Zapier trigger on a HubSpot deal stage change. Map the deal's contact email and name to a WoltSign signing request from a template.

WoltSign sends the document to the contact. Signing status is tracked in WoltSign.

On completion, a Zapier step updates the HubSpot deal with a note and closes the associated task.

- Does WoltSign have a native HubSpot integration?
- Not yet. WoltSign connects to HubSpot via Zapier or REST API. A native HubSpot connector is on the roadmap.
- Can I use WoltSign to send proposals as well as contracts?
- WoltSign handles the signing of any document you upload. If you create proposals in HubSpot or a separate tool, export them as PDFs and send them for signing through WoltSign.
- Can I see signing status inside HubSpot?
- Via Zapier, yes. Set up a Zap that writes signing status updates back to the HubSpot deal as a note or property. You cannot see WoltSign status natively inside HubSpot in the current version.
- How do I connect WoltSign to HubSpot?
- Use Zapier. Search for WoltSign in the Zapier app directory, connect your WoltSign account, and set HubSpot as the trigger app. Full setup instructions are at /documentation.
