These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WoltSign website, applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Services").

WoltSign is an electronic signature and document management platform that allows users to:

Users retain ownership of all documents, files, data, and content uploaded to WoltSign ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant WoltSign a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Generate audit records related to document activity

This license ends when the content is permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law or legitimate operational purposes.

You agree not to use WoltSign to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Send spam or unauthorized communications
• Access systems without authorization
• Interfere with platform operations
• Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Engage in activities that may harm WoltSign, its users, or third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing and features are displayed on our pricing page and may change from time to time. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor(s) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Your use of any third-party payment service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period at the then-current rate.

You authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@woltsign.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

We may offer free plans, promotional access, or trial subscriptions.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify trial terms
• Limit usage
• Suspend abuse of free plans
• Discontinue free offerings at any time

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after payment has been processed.

We strive to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Upgrades

We are not liable for temporary interruptions.

The WoltSign platform, software, branding, designs, logos, and related materials are owned by WoltSign or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership rights in our intellectual property.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or resell any portion of the Services except as expressly permitted.

The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including third-party payment processors.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or practices of third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

• These Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Required by law

Users may stop using the Services at any time.

Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoltSign disclaims all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every user requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoltSign shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Special damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Lost data
• Business interruption

Our total liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WoltSign during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WoltSign, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
