Invite users to your workspace
Workspace owners invite teammates by email and track pending invitations from Users & Invitations.

Workspace owners invite teammates by email so everyone shares the same envelopes and templates. Invitations are owner-only; members can collaborate but cannot add new users without owner action.
Owner-only invitations
Open Users & Invitations from the sidebar. If you are not an owner, the page shows: Only workspace owners can invite users. Ask an owner to send the invite or transfer ownership through your internal process.
Send an invitation
Click Invite user, enter the teammate's email, and send. WoltSign queues the invitation and sends email with an accept link. Double-check the address; invites grant access to workspace documents.
Pending and Sent Invitations
Pending Invitations lists emails waiting on a response. Sent Invitations shows history of invites already delivered. Cancel a pending invite if you mistyped the address.
What invitees experience
New users register through the link and join automatically. Existing users sign in and accept from the Workspace dropdown. Full steps are in Accept a workspace invitation.
After members join
They switch workspaces from the header dropdown and work in the same Envelopes and Templates lists you use. Owners remain the only role that can invite additional users.

Who can invite users to a workspace?
Only workspace owners can send invitations. Other members see a message that only owners can invite users.
What happens after I send an invitation?
The invitee receives email with an accept link. The invitation appears in Pending Invitations until they accept or you cancel.
Can I invite someone who already has WoltSign?
Yes. They sign in and accept from the Workspace menu or Pending Invitations. See Accept a workspace invitation for the full path.
Where do I manage pending invites?
Open Users & Invitations from the sidebar. Pending and Sent Invitations panels list outstanding and completed invites.
