Old process
- Hires visited the office or faxed paperwork back
- Remote hires missed start dates while documents caught up
- Start dates slipped 4 to 6 days past verbal offer on average
- Recruiters had no single status view per client cohort
With WoltSign
- Onboarding packet template with recruiter first, hire countersignature
- One link completes offer, I-9 attestation, direct deposit, and consent
- Reminder at 48 hours for incomplete packets
- Folders organized by client and cohort in the workspace
Bulk onboarding documents for staffing agencies must reach hundreds of hires in a narrow window. Seasonal warehouse placements punish delay: a hire who does not finish paperwork on time misses the start date and costs the agency and the client site.
Why staffing agencies need seasonal hire onboarding in one packet
The same packet repeats: offer letter, I-9 employment eligibility attestation, direct deposit authorization, and background-check consent. Staffing agency e-signature should work for hires without fax or office access.

What breaks down when hires must sign in person
Hires came to the office or faxed documents. Remote candidates missed start dates while paperwork caught up. Start dates moved 4 to 6 days past offer on average.
How a staffing agency sets up high-volume hiring paperwork in WoltSign
Step 1: Build the onboarding packet template
Recruiter signs first on the offer letter. Hire countersigns. I-9 checkboxes, bank fields, and background consent signature follow in the same envelope.
Step 2: Quick Send when hire accepts
Recruiter fills name, email, and start date. Hire receives one link.
Step 3: Hire completes from any device
No office visit. The full packet submits in one session when every required field is done.
Step 4: Remind at 48 hours
Recruiters filter Pending status and send reminders before start dates slip.
Step 5: Organize by client and cohort
Folders per client site let account managers report cohort completion to the client.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions teams ask most often about this topic.
Does WoltSign support I-9 verification?
WoltSign collects the hire I-9 attestation fields and signature. Physical document inspection (Section 2) still requires in-person or remote identity verification per USCIS rules. WoltSign is not an I-9 verification service.
Can I send 300 packets at once?
Bulk send is on the roadmap. In v1, send from the template using Quick Send, one hire at a time. Each send takes under 60 seconds with a saved template.
Can I require background-check results before marking an envelope complete?
Background check results are external to WoltSign. The consent form captures the hire authorization. Tracking result status requires a separate system.
